INTERIOR PAINTING

Preparation - all furniture is covered with plastic covers. Floors are covered with cardboard. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks and nail holes, filled, and sanded. Woodwork is hand sanded and caulked as needed.

Painting - includes priming (spot priming or 100% priming) before applying two coats of quality paint.

Cleaning and Restoration - rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed.

Inspection - Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Inspect our work before we consider the job complete

EXTERIOR PAINTING

Preparation - scrape loose paint and sand woodwork as needed. Remove loose glazing from windows. Pressure wash entire house. Caulk woodwork as needed and spackle nail holes.

Painting - prime entire woodwork and spray prime nail heads using metal primer. Prime before and after applying new glazing. Hand sand entire woodwork before applying two coats of quality paint.

Cleaning and Restoration - clean glass windows. All debris is removed.
